| There are many kinds of air
purifiers. Our goal is to provide helpful information on the
difference, enabling you to meet your specific needs effectively.
There are two general types of air purifiers: Central Air Purifiers are
installed directly into the duct system at your existing unit in a
"partial bypass" configuration. A powerful blower in the unit pulls
dirty air from the HVAC system, filters it, and returns the purified air
back to the system. Typical installations provide 50 to 75 clean air
changes per day. Portable Air Purifiers can be moved from room to room
and plugged into an electrical outlet. Usually these address a specific
problem such as dust, viruses, or odors.
Clean Air Technologies continually researches the market for the best
product to offer our customers the most effective and most efficient
purifiers available.
